Returns Policy
Every care is taken at the time of shipment to ensure that your purchases arrive in perfect condition. In the unlikely event that damage is caused in transit, we offer the following compensation.

1    You contact us within 7 (seven) days of receipt quoting the purchase date and product       code.

2    You return the item to us within 14 days. Postage is at your cost.

3    Once I have examined the returned goods, and determined the damage was caused in       shipment, I will offer you an item of your choice of equal or lesser value.

NB: All my jewellery is unique, often made with "one of a kind" components. Rarely will I be able to construct an identical piece.

Please note:
"Damage in transit" is the only condition under which your purchases will be accepted for return.
